The Pneumostat was a very early compressor nebuliser manufactured by Weil in Frankfurt in the early 1930’s. With a view to being used anywhere, the electrical supply passed through a rheostat and was capable of being used from 110v to 240v. It was supplied in a neat carrying case. The Pneumostat was used to deliver doses of Bronchovydrin (papaverin and eumydrine). In UK it was supplied by Riddell.
