This is an unusual double handled and double bowled pipe that is understood to be a Mississippian piece that originated from the Poinsett county Arkansas area. It is made of clay.  Both bowls have an individual connection to a common airway.  Whether different substances were smoked from the different bowls is unclear. Perhaps an early attempt at combination therapy!
