The Little Victor inhaler is an aromatic inhaler disguised as a cigar. The mentholated cartridge is loaded into the inhaler and the device used as if a cigar. The aromatic cartridge was claimed to offer antiseptic action. It originated from Cockburn & Co. of Glasgow. It is similar to the Cigar inhaler.
It was also available in a slightly shorter and thinner model as a nasal inhaler, as shown in the second photograph.
