This German inhaler, the Doppel Inhalator, originates from Weisbaden. It is an early hand-pump nebuliser supplied with eucalyptus oil. It claimed to be suitable for a number of disorders including bronchial catarrh and asthma. It was considered suitable for administering either by mouth or through the nose, hence its name, Double inhaler.
