This is a curious ‘combination’ inhaler - as the name suggests it is an inhaler and a vase. It was made in France at Boulogne sur mer and is attributed to Docteur Henry. Whether the fragrance of fresh flowers ever overcame the tarry residual smells of the balsam inhalants is unknown.
