The Bourne, Johnson, & Latimer Universal inhaler is almost identical to the Boots hygienic inhaler and probably dates to the same period, 1890 - 1920. The ceramic is marbled in grey and bears the crest of Bourne, Johnson & Latimer of Castle St, Holborn, London on the reverse face.
