This earthenware inhaler was badged as the Burlington inhaler, but it carries the same logo as the Westminster inhaler, that of William Toogood. It is a vapour inhaler, working in a similar way to other ceramic inhalers. William Toogood’s mark has origins in the late 1890’s and persists into the 1900’s.
