This establishment was set up in 1891 by Doctors Labbé, Oudin & Desnos for treating patients with anaemia and tuberculosis. Located in Saint Raphael, France, beneath a casino, the establishment worked like a modern oxygen bar. Ozone was generated on the premises by ozonizers and was available in two concentrations. The report was published in Scientific American in 1895.
