Silbe Atomizer 1940s

This is a hand-held rubber bulb nebuliser that was available in UK during the 1940’s. It was for administration of the Silbe inhalant and is referenced to a 1949 JAMA article. It contained adrenaline and atropine. Silbe was a product of West-Silten Pharmaceuticals in Hove, Sussex, UK.
